Walter Richard Miles

Walter Richard Miles was an American experimental psychologist who studied performance, vision, alcohol and ageing.

Education

Studied at Pacific and Earlham colleges before completing a psychology doctorate at Iowa in 1913.

Career

    Carnegie research

    Conducted psychological and physiological experiments at its nutrition laboratory.

    Published an account of experiments on alcohol and performance.
