Moungi Bawendi
Moungi Bawendi is an American chemist whose laboratory developed a reliable synthesis method for quantum dots. These semiconductor nanocrystals are used in displays and biological imaging. He shared the 2023 chemistry Nobel with Louis Brus and Aleksey Yekimov.
