Hugo Münsterberg

Hugo Münsterberg was a German-American psychologist who directed Harvard’s psychology laboratory and wrote about practical uses of psychological research.

Education

Studied with Wilhelm Wundt in Leipzig, completing a psychology doctorate in 1885 and a medical degree in Heidelberg in 1887.

Career

    Accepted William James’s invitation to lead the laboratory.
