Harrison Salisbury
American foreign correspondent and author whose reporting challenged official accounts of major conflicts. He became the New York Times’s regular postwar Moscow correspondent and later helped establish its Op-Ed page.
Early life
Minnesota education
Grew up in Minneapolis, completed high school there and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1930.
